These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the M2 Strategies website located at https://m2strategies.us, the Mason AI Instructor plugin (“Mason”), and the educational materials, classes, videos, publications, communications, and other services offered by M2 Strategies, LLC (collectively, the “Services”).
In these Terms, “M2 Strategies,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean M2 Strategies, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. “You” and “your” mean the individual accessing or using the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, purchasing an M2 Strategies product or service, or affirmatively accepting these Terms when that option is presented, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in M2 Strategies classes, training programs, or other paid Services.
If you access Mason through ChatGPT, you must also satisfy OpenAI’s eligibility requirements and agree to the terms governing your ChatGPT account.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All M2 Strategies content and Services are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
M2 Strategies is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, fiduciary, attorney, accountant, or tax professional. Nothing provided through the website, Mason, a class, video, book, community, email, social-media account, or other Service constitutes individualized financial, investment, securities, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
The Services do not constitute:
You remain solely responsible for evaluating all information and making your own financial and trading decisions.
3. Investment and Options-Trading Risks
Investing and options trading involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the money committed to a transaction.
Selling a cash-secured put may require you to purchase shares at the strike price even when their market value is substantially lower. Selling a covered call may require you to sell shares under the terms of the option contract. Market gaps, assignment, early exercise, liquidity conditions, volatility, transaction costs, taxes, and other events may materially affect results.
“Cash-secured” describes how a purchase obligation is funded. It does not mean that the cash or resulting stock position is protected from loss.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Hypothetical examples, illustrations, backtests, projections, targets, and performance discussions have inherent limitations and do not represent a promise that similar results will be achieved.
Any percentage return discussed by M2 Strategies, including an approximately 5% screening standard or objective used within the Cash Flow Wheel System, is not a guaranteed monthly return, account return, income level, or expected result.
Before making financial decisions, you should consider your financial circumstances, experience, objectives, liquidity needs, risk tolerance, concentration, tax situation, and ability to withstand loss. Consult an appropriately licensed professional when necessary.
4. Mason AI Instructor
Mason is an artificial-intelligence-assisted educational resource designed to explain the Wheel strategy, the M2 Strategies Cash Flow Wheel System, Masterclass concepts, and related educational material.
Mason may provide explanations, calculations, hypothetical examples, research summaries, questions, risk observations, and general platform guidance. Mason does not:
Artificial-intelligence systems can misunderstand requests, omit important information, rely on incomplete or outdated information, and produce inaccurate results. You must independently review important facts, calculations, market information, platform instructions, and conclusions before relying on them.
You should never provide Mason or M2 Strategies with passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, complete account numbers, or other credentials. Screenshots supplied for educational review should be redacted to remove personal identifiers, credentials, account numbers, balances, and unrelated holdings unless the information is genuinely necessary and you knowingly choose to disclose it.
Mason operates through ChatGPT and depends on technology and services provided by OpenAI and potentially other third parties. Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI’s terms and privacy policies. M2 Strategies does not control ChatGPT’s availability, account eligibility, model behavior, usage limits, or platform features.
Unless you separately submit information to M2 Strategies through our website, email, support process, or another direct communication channel, M2 Strategies does not operate an external Mason server that directly receives your Mason conversation content. OpenAI may process your interactions according to its own terms, settings, and privacy practices.
5. No Trade Execution or Account Access
M2 Strategies and Mason will not log in to your brokerage account or perform transactions on your behalf.
You are responsible for:
Platform instructions are educational and may differ based on the brokerage, application version, device, account type, permissions, or interface. Confirm all material details with your brokerage before acting.
6. Educational Products and Services
M2 Strategies may offer books, recorded classes, live instruction, private classes, Masterclass training, seminars, community access, downloadable materials, and other educational products.
Descriptions, schedules, prices, included features, access periods, and participation requirements shown on the applicable product page or checkout screen form part of these Terms.
We may reasonably modify schedules, instructors, delivery methods, supporting materials, or nonessential program features. If a material change affects a paid Service, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law or expressly promised in the applicable offer.
Completion of a class or educational program does not constitute certification, licensure, brokerage approval, suitability determination, or verification that a participant is ready to trade with actual funds.
7. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Prices and payment terms are displayed on the applicable product page or checkout screen. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as PayPal or Gumroad, whose separate terms and privacy policies may apply.
Any cancellation or refund terms presented on the applicable product page, registration page, order form, or checkout screen are incorporated into these Terms.
Except as expressly stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, purchasing a product does not create a right to a refund after digital materials have been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or substantially consumed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. User Responsibilities

You may not use the Services to engage in fraud, unlawful trading activity, market manipulation, credential theft, unauthorized account access, impersonation, harassment, or any activity that violates another person’s rights.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content—including the Cash Flow Wheel System, Mason instructional materials, course materials, videos, text, graphics, branding, worksheets, presentations, manuals, methodologies, and other educational resources—are owned by or licensed to M2 Strategies and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, M2 Strategies grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own lawful educational purposes.
Unless M2 Strategies provides prior written permission, you may not:

“M2 Strategies,” “Mason,” “Cash Flow Wheel System,” associated logos, and related branding may be trademarks or proprietary identifiers of M2 Strategies. No trademark license is granted except as necessary to truthfully identify the Services.
10. User Submissions and Feedback
If you send us questions, comments, corrections, testimonials, suggestions, or other feedback, you retain ownership of your original content.
You grant M2 Strategies permission to use feedback to improve its Services. We will not publicly identify you in marketing materials without your permission, except where disclosure is authorized by you or required by law.
Do not submit confidential third-party information, brokerage credentials, authentication codes, or information you are not authorized to disclose.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to or depend on third-party platforms, websites, market-data providers, brokerages, payment processors, social networks, or other services.
M2 Strategies does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, security, terms, privacy practices, or actions. A link or reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by your agreement with that provider.
12. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the website, Mason, a particular feature, or any third-party integration will always remain available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Plugin availability may depend on ChatGPT plan eligibility, geographic availability, workspace settings, platform support, and OpenAI policies.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
M2 Strategies disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and results.
We do not warrant that:
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M2 Strategies, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost trading opportunities, investment losses, loss of data, business interruption, or similar losses arising from or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of M2 Strategies for all claims arising from or related to a particular Service will not exceed the greater of:
1. The amount you paid M2 Strategies for that Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. One hundred dollars ($100).
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or other nonwaivable rights under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless M2 Strategies and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse or unauthorized distribution of protected M2 Strategies materials.
This provision does not require you to indemnify M2 Strategies for its own unlawful conduct.
16. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to a Service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, compromise its security, infringe intellectual-property rights, or engage in unlawful or harmful conduct.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, dispute, and governing-law provisions—will remain effective.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Before filing a legal claim, you and M2 Strategies agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by providing written notice describing the issue and requested resolution.
Unless applicable law permits or requires a different location, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible matter in small-claims court or seeking temporary or emergency relief to protect intellectual-property, confidentiality, security, or other legal rights.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Changes to terms governing a completed purchase will not retroactively reduce rights expressly provided at the time of purchase.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or modified as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
20. No Waiver
A failure by M2 Strategies to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the M2 Strategies Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer and Legal Notice, and any product-specific terms presented at purchase constitute the agreement between you and M2 Strategies concerning the applicable Services.
If product-specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.
